Who leaked the full text of "Clinton, Inc.: The Audacious Rebuilding of a Political Machine"?

"The working theory of who it might be is somebody who wants to come across as a conservative, but in a way it seems like they’re trying too hard."
"So it might be somebody who’s not a conservative. They have an excellent, sophisticated media list, including people who are not commonly known, so this is somebody with some Washington-New York media savvy. The most likely suspect would be someone affiliated with the Clintons."
The book, published by Broadside Books (HarperCollins), is written by Weekly Standard editor Daniel Halper. Here it is at Amazon.

It was not a conservative. Only a liberal would want to crash the sales of a book like that.

The war on the Clinton faction, carried out by the Obama faction, which suggests that the Clintons are, once again, a threat to the latter's solidarity.

I blame Bush.

The word is that Clinton Inc makes, a greedy Bill look cold hearted and Hillary look like warm and genuine person. That has to be PR written by the Master Politician Bill himself.

Nobody is reading her last book. So, maybe we should try something different with this book.

I'm sorry but I have something much more important to do than read that book or its excerpts. Just give me a minute and I'll think of it.

The Jewish joke that Clinton told at the end of the article is the kind of joke my late Brooklyn-born, Jewish, father-in-law would have told. It made me miss him & his sense of humor all the more as I read it.

Which points to the reason Clinton thought that joke acceptable: he hears such jokes, and no doubt much worse, from his Jewish buddies in NYC all the time. Baltimore/DC Jews are not made of such stern stuff as are their NYC cousins.

There were no reasons to set up their own money-eating foundation with lavish, expensive NYC office space except their unchecked egos and a desire to keep their many political operatives on a payroll beteeen presidential terms.

Disgusting pigs is what they are and the Obamas will soon match their every move.

Say what you will about Carter, but he simply threw his support to an existing, deserving charity Habitat for Humanity.

And Hamas, of course.

Say what you will about Carter,

The one thing Obama has managed to successfuly do, and it was no easy feat, is make Carter look good.

AJ Lynch, Habitat for Humanity is a classic example of a non-profit for-profit enterprise.

They're re-building a house about a hundred yards from my condo on the Jersey shore.

Habitat for Humanity signs all around.

This is the slowest building project on this shore on Monmouth Beach, NJ. Everything else is done.

H4H is still thinking about framing. But they've got big signs! "Habitat for Humanity" is building a big new $750k shore house for some poor person!

I hate Habitat for Humanity. I love the American Red Cross. There are differences among groups that pose as things that try to help people in need.

With all the reports of the dismal sales of Hilary's book - how did it get on the best sellers list in the first place?

Bob:

To each his own I guess.

My nephew helped build a home in Baltimore when he was at Loyola and I thought it was well run.

On the other hand,I think the Red Cross is quite the top heavy, un-transparent bit of a non-profit fraud. Ask some of the 911 victims or Sandy victims if you doubt me.

The "Jewish" joke Clinton told sounds more like a Catholic joke to me.

What difference does it make?

Wasn't Valerie Jarrett CEO of a real estate company called Habitat?

It's not like there's a vibrant history of liberals pretending to be conservative but screwing it up because they know nothing about conservatives.

At this point, what difference does it make?

Don't think it really matters. Decent folk already know the Clintons are scum and liberals think it's cool because the Clintons get away with it.
