I've said it before.

If you find yourself seated at a banquet table with at least one lawyer, and find the conversation dwindling, just turn to the lawyer and ask "How was the bar exam?"

I take it Wisconsin implemented the Multistate Performance Test on day one of three to go with the two-days of stuff of yesteryear.

The Patent Office registration exam was much more difficult than the state bar exam.
