Summarizing, with rabbits.

My favorite movie. And lots more.

Too bad it's not embeddable, but, well, you can't have everything. Thanks to Peter Hoh for pointing me here. I and all my loved ones are laughing endlessly this evening over this cool movie summarizing with rabbits website.

I *still* lost interest part of the way through. But the thirty seconds were up before I could click over to one of the other movies. :)

I do love the Angry Alien summaries, though.

Donnie Darko and Monty Python and The Holy Grail are some of my favorite movies that have evil rabbits in them.

Prof., just FYI: Maxine just showed up in the "snow diamonds" thread and appeared last night in the "slumdog" thread. Weird, non-relevant, mildly creepy posts.

Oh Great..

I just got it last night via Nexflix. I was going to get around to watching it and now it's ruined ;)

It is not necessary that you leave the house. Remain at your table and listen. Do not even listen, only wait. Do not even wait, be wholly still and alone. The world will present itself to you for its unmasking, it can do no other, in ecstasy it will writhe at your feet.

There is a UHAUL chase on Fox - hurry b4 it's over.

A U-Haul being chased, I assume. Using a U-Haul to chase someone would be pretty impressive.

So, when will they do Watership Down?

"I got buried as Halloween performance art"??

LOL.

Yes the U-Haul is being chased..

Sorry to use the thread like this profe, but it seems its a woman getting chased.

I never heard of a woman doing this b4.

I believe it's safe to say this lady has lost her marbles.

The rabbit in Donnie Darko isn't evil. He's just misunderstood.

Same here. Great before-dinner entertainment. Hilarious. Thank you, Peter Hoh!

Great summaries of plot lines. It's like speed reading of movies. Or it's like NFL films showing a 4 hour game in 10 secs of highlights at halftime.Who thought of this? Now the Oscar show can end before midnight...and the whole thing can be done in 30 minutes.Oh yeah, it is 30 minutes + 3 hours of acceptance speeches.

"My Dinner with Andre" = "Waiting for Godot" but with more pointless gab. Rabbits make it at least interesting.

I, too, wondered about Hoh doing "Watership Down". I think he'd have to use real people for they synopsis.

Wallace Shawn is now a regular in Gossip Girl, which is turning out to be sort of an enjoyable show, thanks to a couple of the young actors and great NYC setting.

My Dinner With Andre?

You mean it's better than Zulu.

But it doesn't teach you much about small unit tactics.

You mean it's better than The Princess Bride.

Which has WS and a great lesson in logic too.

You mean it's better than My Cousin Vinnie.

But it doesn't teach you the practice of criminal law.

You mean it's better than Sullivan's Travels.

But it doesn't teach you that "people just want to laugh".

You mean it's better than The Day the Earth Stood Still.

But it doesn't teach you "The government is just people." "People, my eye, they're Democrats."

That's TDTESS (1951), of course, not (2009). Many good things were produced in 1951.
