Is this supposed to make me want to buy clothing from them?

They kind of muffed that, didn't they?

I think the intention was to start a conversation about American Apparel.

Viral marketing done right. Does anyone else feel manipulated. It isn't a "positive move for feminism" it's base marketing.

Today, American Apparel wins the race to the bottom. Tomorrow, Aberchrombie will introduce merkins for the prepubescent.

'This image is stating that women are not a subordinate creature to just be entered,' she explained.

Yeah, nothing screams equality like a boat load of pubic hair.

Maybe it's because I was born in the 60's but I've never considered female pubic hair to be controversial. I feel so out of touch.

No surprise, coming from someone named Bushman.

Wasn't that one of the complaints against Clarence Thomas? That he talked about pubic hair in an unwanted manner?

You need to add a "Merkin" tag to this to add to the collection.

The full bush as it's called as opposed to say the landing strip.

I see what you did there.

It's my observation that most of the store window layouts are done by flaming homosexuals. I'm thinking this is a send up, and was not approved by management.

When did pubic hair become public hair?

Well, many years ago, my wife and I spent a weekend in a nice hotel, with a pool for the kids, and there I saw a woman in a brand new swimsuit who had NOT looked at herself in a mirror while wearing it. Sideburns!
